Crazy One’s
Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. While some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.

“If You’re Not Making Mistakes, then You’re Not Doing Anything”
Quote attributed to John Wooden! I must be doing lots!
Need…
The greatest need for our time is for the Church to become what it has seldom been: the body of Christ with its face to the world, loving others regardless of religion or culture, pouring itself out in a life of service, offering hope to a frightened world, and presenting itself as a real alternative to the existing arrangement. – Brennan Manning, The Signature of Jesus
Life’s movie “extras”…
As we work to develop our hearts missionally, we should be encouraged by the fact that with practice any of us can cultivate the habit of beholding others and moving them from being extras in “our” story to becoming recipients of God’s goodness and kindness on scales both large and small. In fact it is important to point out that living missionally is the sum total of both small and larger acts of reaching out.
